Products must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
Items must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging.
Proof of purchase (like your order confirmation) is required.
Opened cosmetics, skincare, or personal care products for hygiene reasons.
Gift cards or promotional items.
Final sale or clearance items.

Once received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.
Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item).
